Nice car, Runs and drives great! I'm the second owner, car does have A R title due to a very minor front end accident. No rust, Very nice car. I've owned it for 3 years. I've put around 12k miles on it. Its so much fun to drive. 3/27 Inspection, Good tires and brakes. No rust. This is a very nice rust free example of the Neon R/T. It basically all stock.
